How do I register for classes?
Please contact us by email or phone to check for availability and reserve the spot. To complete the registration, please fill out our Registration Form and make a payment.
Are G.A.M.E. classes a good fit for my child?
We welcome all children to join the fun, but the classes will be best fit for those who:
Enjoy learning and exploring new things,
Can use a little (or a lot!) more challenge than what school currently gives them,
Have medium to advanced math skills for their grade level, and
Get their homework done in time.
These are not remedial classes. If a child struggles with math at school, individual tutoring may be advised before they are ready to join the group. If you are unsure, please reach out to us and we will schedule a meeting for an assessment!
What is required from the students?
No disrupting the learning process.
Respect the learning environment including the provided tools and supplies.
Students should be able to maintain focus and follow directions.
Everyone should be kind and respectful to others.
No using electronic devices in class.
What are your group sizes?
For the after school programs and summer camps the groups are 16 children maximum, with two instructors. Math club groups are limited to 12 children, also with two instructors.
With our low student-to-instructor ratio, every child who desires to learn will get a chance to do so!
My child is younger or older than your group age, can they still join?
Sure, if they are interested! We welcome all kids who want to learn.
Do you have scholarship?
Please contact us to discuss. There is no official program for scholarship yet (we are working on it!), but we want to include every child interested in learning and will try to find a way.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 2 months before the session - 100% refund (minus 5% processing fee) or 100% credit (applicable toward future classes and camps).
3-8 weeks before - 50% refund or 100% credit.
Less than 3 weeks before - no refund, 50% credit.
Missed days refunds?
Thank you for not bringing your sick child to the class! Sorry, we can not issue refunds for missed days, but you can get a 50% prorated credit for each missed day to use toward make up classes (upon availability).
Do you have early drop off and late pick up options?
Early drop offs are available for summer camps only; see the Summer Break page for the rates. Please let us know you need the option before the camp starts.
Sorry, we can't offer scheduled late pick ups. If your child is not allowed to walk home from classes, please try to pick them up on time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Our classroom is not available after the class is over, so we'd have to wait for you outside. We reserve the right to charge you the same rate as for the early drop offs.
How do I pay for registration?
Currently we accept Zelle® payments and checks.
